I have used this for about a week now and it seems to be a good charger. There is some discrepancy in the product description and the documentation. The product description says it is a smart charger "Intelligent circuit design protects against over-heating, over-currents, over charging and short circuit; Charging stops when battery is full". The documentation states that you must remove the device when it is fully charged to prevent damage. I'm not sure which is true.

I have an Otterbox on my iPhone X so I was fully expecting to have to take my case off (which I did) but the problem is, is that the back of the new iPhones are glass making them very slippery. The surface of this charger is a smooth, matte plastic surface; this mixed with the smooth glass back of my iPhone makes it so my phone will not even stay on the charger when it's on completely flat, level surfaces. I've tried multiple times to charge my phone with this overnight and every time I wake up, my phone has slid off and it has obviously not been charged. I even turned off the vibrate in case that was what was causing it to shift during the night and it still slid off. Would not recommend.

This charger works great! Simply lay your phone on top of it and voila! instant charging! Works for my Samsung Galaxy S8 and my husband's Iphone X. The charger is a tad bit picky about where you lay your phone on it. It MUST be exactly in the middle of the charger so you can't just throw it at the charger & walk away. You need to wait a second to watch for the charging light to change from green to blue. I recommend this charger and would buy another!

Works well as an inexpensive charger, and the light is not intrusively bright at night. The main flaw is that the surface is so slick that my glass-backed iPhone X slides off of it over time (first time it happened it woke me falling to the floor off of the nightstand). I can watch it slowly sliding every time I put it down on it. If you’re not careful with this charger you could end up with a shattered phone at night. It’s OK if you have a case, but I had to lay a piece of cloth over it for when there isn’t a case. Also, the ugly “Wireless Charger” text gets old really fast.

I had a little trepidation at first based on other reviews, and the first time I used it it seemed to charge slowly and really heated up my iPhone 8 (with a hard plastic/rubber case), but after that it's been great. It charges fairly quickly and never heats up the phone. I do turn the phone sideways on it, instead of front to back, so maybe that's the trick?

Product works well with my iPhone X. I can't comment on speed since I just lay my phone on it at night when I go to bed and take it off in the morning when I get up. It's got rubber feet on the bottom to keep it from sliding. It's not sensitive to where you place the phone, it's got a pretty big sweet spot. I deducted a star because the included cable was white and does not match the black charger at all.

Package arrived fast, but that's the only thing fast about this charger. It didn't charge my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with any speed. After two hours, it only increased my battery by ten percent. I have better results with my normal wall charger. Returning. Do not recommend.

Got this wireless charger as a extra for another room . It works great . I have a I phone x with a otter box case on it and it charges great. It doesn’t come with the wall plug so I used my 10 w apple and it charges quickly . Just as advertised . I highly recommend this and the price is 1/3 of what the phone stores want for a similar charger .
