Very matte and doesn't move all day. **Q: Is the shade Caramel warm or cool toned please?** A: It’s quite a neutral gold. I can’t wear warm colours but do wear caramel as a subtle all in one when I wear pink or cool toned reds **Q: What number is praline** A: The number is 730. However, deducted 1 star as found it difficult to open. Went on YouTube. Pull applicator out, insert closed pair of scissors and twist apparently it breaks a seal which enables you to twist lid and open.
