Beautiful thermoelectric humidor! Received this, plugged it up, filled the provided dish with distilled water, and waited. After only one day, temperature and humidity are holding perfectly where I want them! Very well packaged, the shelves and drawer have a perfect fit, the seal is very tight, it is exceptionally quiet, and the included hygrometer is a nice touch! VERY satisfied with my purchase, and will be purchasing more as my collection grows! VERY well worth the cost, well built, and a beautiful addition to my cigar room!

Couldn't wait to get this thing and get it set up. Opened the box, no long lasting smell as some have had, looks good. Seals well. Temp fropped from 80 to 70 in maybe 20 mintues or so. I have 3 gripes. One I knew about and that is that the door must be opened almost all the way to slide out the shelves or drawer. One I can fix, the other maybe. Second gripe is the top slat the shelf slides into, is much smaller in the back than the front. It slides in fine at first, but as it nears the back it gets very hard to push in. I may be able to sand the back ends down a tad to fix this. The last one, I knew about, and thought I could fix it. It happens when you pull the hard to pull out shelves and all your smokes slide off. There needs to bea lip of some sort to stop this. I bought come spanish cedar planks and was going to put them on the front, kind of like a speed bump or sorts, but it can't be done the way the very front of the shelf meets the end of the plastic slats it slides into. So...just gotta come up with a way to remedy this and It could be perfect.

Love it!!! Size is perfect. Big enough to hold a decent collection of cigars. Gets right to the temperature you set it at and stays. Holds the humidity perfectly. The look is clean. The glass has a nice mirror to it. The internal light is a nice touch. Highly recommended!!!!

Simple and straight forward to use. I wish it came with the option to purchase additional racks or other cedar internal components. It’s quiet, and does a great job rapidly cooling or heating to your desired set temp.

Won’t hold humidity. Had 4 Xikar glycol crystal humidity packs and could not get RH higher than 50% at 65 degrees after seasoning for 10 days. I changed back to a conventional humidor and you should as well.

I recently ordered the KingChii 48L and so far, I am extremely impressed. I seasoned the unit for one week with 2 x 320g 84% Boveda packs then stuck my cigars in with 2 x 320g 65% Boveda packs. I have the temp set on 67 and my three cigar oasis temp/hygrometers have been reading a consistent 66 F and 64-65% RH. The unit has a nice, tight seal and might I say looks very slick in the corner of my dining room. The only thing I would have preferred is another drawer instead of three shelves, but I contacted the company and they offered to send me one. Excellent customer service! My only fear now is I am going to need a larger humidor in the near future, but it will almost certainly be a KingChii.

Not sure why some folks have problems with this. After unpacking, I wiped the inside down with a damp warm sponge. This removes factory dust and any residue from fabrication. The directions were simple. I added the water and placed it on the bottom. Set the temp to 70 degrees F. I also added the Govee temp and humidity Bluetooth device for accurate readings. I live in the Pacific Northwest where the air is an average 40% humidity most times. The hard part was waiting the three days for the Spanish Cedar trays to absorb enough water and equalize with the environment. I did change to warm not hot water on the second day to help accelerate the saturation. Once you add your cigars they start to absorb or release moisture. You will see some fluctuation which is normal. It's been about six weeks, and the cigars burn nicely and evenly. Even my wife keeps peeking in and smelling the nice blend of tobacco and cedar. This is an easy set and forget humidor. I only filled the water halfway and it just half gone in in weeks. My one and only complaint is the lighting. Need to have lights for every shelf. Folks love to peek in and enjoy their treasure. Finding that right smoke and storing it for that special occasion, while gazing at it through the glass is important. Cigars lovers understand that all to well. I will be updating mine with some additional LEDs.

just set it up, it does take a few days to come up to proper humidity (4 days in and with 3 boxes and ~ 50 loose cigars it is currently 69% humidity at 69F) ...all this with a mall tray (they provide) of distilled water - if it last best value for money ever!
