I am ashamed to admit, but first time changing these probably took around 35 minutes. I attempted replacement first without removing the panel under the glove box, but found it too difficult. So I ultimately removed the panel as well.The product comes with instructions, a pry tool, and a T20 wrench. It's a good value for the money. I changed the filters in a 2023 Tesla Model Y at pretty much 20,000 miles. When I pulled out the stock filters, they were honestly very clean. I’ve used Basenor cabin air filters on my Tesla for a couple years and they fit nicely and have a barrier that helps keep condensate from wicking into the filter - the main cause of the “old sock” odor some Teslas are prone to. Best advice, change these every 12 months. Good value!

Pretty solid upgrade for the Model Y. The BASENOR cabin air filter fits well and is super easy to install—took just a few minutes. Air in the cabin feels noticeably cleaner and fresher, especially with dust and outside odors. Hard to say long-term durability yet, but for the price it’s an easy DIY replacement that does the job well.

Filter arrived new conditon and was easy to install. I've been driving my Tesla Model Y for almost 2 years and recently noticed an unpleasant odor. After researching online, I discovered that a clogged cabin filter was a likely cause. Tesla filters are expensive and additional $$ for installation, but I found this brand online and decided to give it a try.The instructions were clear, and the entire installation process took me only 15 minutes. I'm confident that this filter will last me another 2 years or 18,000 miles without needing replacement.I highly recommend this filter due to its excellent build quality and perfect fit for my Model Y AWD. The difference is noticeable, and I'm impressed with the overall value for money.

The good: No nasty old sock smell. Fits perfectly. I have other products from this vendor and was quite happy with them.The bad: Purchased recently, here we are 6 months later and the filter no longer works. The cabin of the vehicle is constantly filled with smells from outside. But there is no old sock odor. This wasn't a gradual thing, around 3-4 weeks ago, it suddenly became quite noticeable. When the filter was new to 4 month old, it worked great.I wanted this to work so badly. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to go back to OEM as they work better. When I swap them out, I'll take a look and see about posting pics of what they look like.Followup:The vendor contacted me about my review and offered me a refund based upon my experience. I should also say they did not ask me to revise my review as part of the offer. I asked them to wait a bit for me to swap with a set of OEM filters and see if the issues cleared up. The OEM filters did indeed stop the exhaust odors and dust/pollen issues. I've included two photos of the filter front and back and they look reasonable for 5 month old filters. These filters have no odor and did not develop the sock smell. No idea why they stopped being effective. OEM filters for me work about 18 months before the sock stink starts. This filter should last a year minimum under typical driving conditions.I am quite pleased with Basenor for reaching out to me. So a star is added back for their customer service.

Product looked like the previous replaced HEPA filter from another vendor. Filters fit and also came with a pry tool and a torx tool.

Does NOT fit 2022 Tesla Model 3. Too large. Low quality product with flimsy handles that are broken and WILL break if you ever try to reposition or move them, especially if you need to replace them.

Installation was easy enough to finish within 10 Min. And Stinky Odor is gone.
