Like regular sugar without the calories!!! .I was so used to regular sugar that any of those substitute wasn't able to remplace it. Wifey bought this to try it out since why not? Well ti taste pretty good and didn't really taste like a lot of real sugar. The texture was ok and it was easy to just. The ingredients are clean. so, if you're looking for something else to put in your baked goods or tea and or coffee try this.

This is probably the best thing I have found. This thing is magic. I use it for my chai every day now. I can't believe how it doesn't have an aftertaste. Tastes exactly like the real deal.Honestly, I originally bought this for making Ninja Creami protien pints but ended up swapping real sugar with monk fruit instead. This is very good although a little more expensive than buying regular white sugar.This can replace your morning cup of coffee or anything really that uses white sugar. I personally enjoy it with aguas frescas like horchata because it leads to less calories and a better for you alternative.10/10 better beyond just ice cream pints.
