I’m getting at least 250 to 400mbs transfer rate all the time. But when I call for questions they all act like their from Some place thats never seen a PC. VERY DUMB and RUDE!!!! NETGEAR IS WORST Customer Service..... ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Bad business *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United States on March 20, 2023* How do you charge me a $300 restocking fee when you sent me a product that did not work properly? Bad bad business and I will for sure take this up with Amazon! ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Might be fine for a data center, but noise makes it entirely inappropriate for home use *by K***L on Reviewed in the United States on March 7, 2021* To be fair: this is a business product focused on use in data centers and other settings where noise isn't a factor. That said, I've always liked Netgear products and was hoping to upgrade my home network to 10G. This product is far, FAR too noisy for that, with two small fans that seem to run at full speed all the time. Will unfortunately have to return. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/53490599-netgear-xs712t-200nes-discontinued-by-manufacturer](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/53490599-netgear-xs712t-200nes-discontinued-by-manufacturer) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
