Q: My waist is 33.9inch do i get the xl or the l if i want to tighten everything in a bit? worried the xl will be too roomy and the l will be too tight

Hi The sizing is a bit on the large size so I would go for the L. If it doesn't fit right you can always send it back. Enjoy.

Q: What size for size 10m natural waist size 28-30 inch?

You would have to check their sizing charts but I have found them to be a bit on the large size.
