I have used Ortho Guard for 10+ years and find it to be a high-quality, effective product. My teeth naturally have very deep grooves which make them difficult to clean, and using Ortho Guard daily has helped me prevent cavities from forming. Recently the flavoring of the strawberry Ortho Guard was changed to something I do not find palatable, and I contacted Massco Dental about returning my new bottles in exchange for a new flavor. I asked to have the return shipping refunded. In response, Chris at Massco sent me new bottles in mint free of charge and told me to keep or dispose of the strawberry as I wished. I was really pleased by the speed and quality of Massco's customer service response. This is a great product and a company with wonderful customer service.
