Song volumes NOT balanced
Because my old Sony mp3 players had a volume balancing for the songs, I didn't foresee that this one wouldn't. Because I am disabled, I listen to music for several hours in the morning while I am alone. We have had to make the volume somewhat uncomfortably loud on some songs to be able to hear other songs. Even if I were able-bodied, it would be annoying to keep having to change the volume for some songs.After three weeks of playing about 20 hours each, the toggle button stopped working and won't work even though we tried to reset it. Three weeks of playing does NOT make this recommended!

Broke within 24hrs
Screen froze and could not move to music or any other icon on the screen. Tried all trouble shooting to get it fixed and finally had to return. Seems very cheaply made. Then when I asked for a return they sent me a return label instead of the return code you just scan at the UPS store which is what they do 99% of the time. I didn’t notice the label, I assumed it was the code, my fault there, but when I got to the UPS store they charged me for the label to ship it. Just annoying on top of the item not working to begin with.
