Works in minutes
It works in minutes so I like to keep it in the first aid kit I carry in my purse. It soothes my daughters skin which gets easily irritated especially from mosquito bites. I don't necessarily like the smell but my daughter does and the smell isn't too strong or overpowering. I find comfort knowing it's not full of chemicals and safe for her use. It dries quick and doesn't leave any residual sticky feeling.

Def smells like cedar but works well on itches - bottle is weird tho
This bottle may resemble glue, but it works wonders on irritations. I currently have a small rash on my wrist, and applying this solution has provided much-needed relief. However, the bottle itself has a peculiar design—unlike other bottles with built-in puncture mechanisms, you have to cut the tip off manually. I recommend using a needle to create a hole or cutting the tip closer to the top. Be careful not to cut too much, as it can become challenging to control the amount you dispense. The liquid is quite thin, and I often find myself unintentionally pouring out more than I need. Additionally, it has a distinct cedar wood scent, so take that into consideration.

Smells like a log cabin closet
This festive-smelling gel comes in a squeeze bottle that may look familiar to art students in elementary school - those things are easy to order in bulk, I suppose! (Ingredients and instructions in picture)However, you do ALSO have to get a pair of scissors and snip off the tip of the bottle, after removing the small red cap. That's not explained lolThe smell is moderately strong, when squeezed onto the skin. I was immediately reminded of a closet made of cedar on all sides in my grandmother's house, where she kept very old clothes. The smell of cedar supposedly dissuaded moths, that's why you can find blocks of cedar wood with coat-hanger tops, intended to be placed next to clothes you'll be leaving in storage for a long time. The gel is very smooth, does indeed dry quickly, and leaves a lingering cooling effect. Haven't tried it on sunburns, but it feels like it might be good for that too, apart from the stated uses of irritated or rashy skin.

Light cedar scent, thin, easy to apply.
This Urban ReLeaf 1.2 oz cedar wood skin gel has a thin consistency, milky looking liquid with a slight cedar wood scent. The tip under red cap is sealed so you need to find something sturdy and sharp to puncture it with, or just unscrew the cap to apply. Rubs in and is not greasy. Does a moderately good job to stop itching.

Cedarwood in a lotion
I can tell there is cedarwood essential oil in here which I do like. I don’t think it really does much for irritation, but it could be used as a hand lotion, or anything else you would use Cedarwood essential oil for.

Skin Soothing Gel - Cedarwood Aroma- 1.2 Oz. Bottle - Very nice on my skin…
The bottle cap was tight, and it came sealed in a clear plastic envelope, which I had to cut open. The bottle itself was not sealed and I unscrewed the cap to see the contents. I had to cut the tip off of the dispensing cap to get the gel onto my skin. Always leery with a new product I put a small amount of the gel onto my skin, top part of my rt. hand and smoothed in with a napkin. I love the smell it has, cedarwood. The gel “moistened” that part of my hand which was dry and why I tried it on that part of my hand. It felt good and smooth, but the most important thing about it is the lovely aroma of cedarwood. Now, one hour after I put it on, I bring my hand to my nose, and I still get a strong (for me) aroma of cedarwood, and I like it. I will use this gel, although it is quite expensive. Please read all the pertinent data on the page. The photos are accurate and yield more information.I just washed my hands with soap and water and I still have a light aroma of the cedarwood gel. That's great, I had to tell you.

Naturally scented - no hint of artificial ingredients
Urban ReLeaf's products are so naturally sourced & soothing. I own & love quite an array of their brand of aromatherapy inhalers.Having said that, I will say that I was initially surprised to find the natural scents rather more earthy than perfume-y. That's not a negative. It was just a surprise to find the scents deeper than anticipated. This was the case when I first opened & applied this Cedarwood Skin Soothing Gel. My nose was immediately filled with the scent of cedarwood. I thought that it would be too overwhelming to enjoy. Fear not - the scent rapidly dissipates on your skin, leaving just a slight, pleasant lingering. Not so much as to be too strong for a male to 'wear' either - just the right degree of scent. The gel soaks into skin readily & there's no residual stickiness either. You'll also need a needle or the end of a paperclip to pierce the bottle's sealed opening.

Work great and smells good too
I do not like reviewing certain products until I have had the chance to use them and get an idea how it is going to work or not work for me. I have had the chance to use this on several different itches and bites to better evaluate its effectiveness or lack thereof. This stuff works on my skeeto bites especially the next day when they are really itching me to death, it takes it a while to completely stop itching, but it does after a little bit. I also have used it on insect bites other than skeetos and it helps sooth them as well. It is not as effective as an over-the-counter itch relief, but it is very effective for a natural product with just one essential oil in it. I do recommend this product and I like it a lot and use it often. I feel way better about using a natural product often on my body than an over-the-counter medication that has a steroid in it. Plus it smells so good!!
