Do these glasses help with light in a laser concert? I am trying to avoid a migraine.

Yes it does help for any blue light. I've used glasses for over 6 months and can confirm the effectiveness of blocking any blue light to keep your eye in a relaxed mode at all times.

At the top it says these glasses are uv400 but below the seller says it only blocks blue light. do these glasses block uva & uvb?

I wear mine all day as it does not only prevent blue light while working on a screen but also provide slight tint while outside. The glasses is also ligh weight too. Fantastic combination!

So can you wear these all day without headache?

I haven’t personally worn them all day, but I think they are the perfect looseness that doesn’t cause discomfort, but also don’t fall off your head.
