I bought this 11 months ago used and now bulleye stop working I tired the manufacturer WinMAX. They’re in JapanI can’t get a hold of them. I need a phone number for United States for this company.

Almost
I got this item the end of June 2023. Worked great for about a month after I got it. It is located in my pool/rec room. I went to play a few games with my relatives when they came over for a cook out. Had not been played on for about 3 weeks. The unit would not turn on so I unplugged it for about 30 seconds and plugged it back in. Unit came on and started going through the start up sequence. Went to pick 301 game and it froze. Tried to reset the game and it would not reset or turn off. Had to unplug for 30 seconds and tried again. It ran through the start sequence and when I picked a different game it froze again. My unit broke after less than 2 months and since it was over the 30 days, they would not take it back and I'm out 175 dollars. Lesson learned.

Great board for our shop. Works well and we have a lot of fun.

The board construction is excellent, but the dart tips are a bit too fragile.

Bad hole size ?
I have serious issues with darts not sticking in this board. I'm on a dart league and never have this issue with those boards or my old one. Now the sound also stopped working on it. Disappointed to say the least.

Nice but not reliable
I enjoyed the look right away, showing 4 players. Also loved that it tells you if you hit a triple or double, the number it hit. Most others do not have this feature. However l, I only had a very little time and it just stopped playing. Any button you hit, nothing worked. So back to the drawing board.

Bien domage lorsque je suis arrivé chez moi de voir la boite du jeu de bart sur le balcon à la place de la boite amazon. Bien plus attirant pour les voleurs. Je suis déçu de ça. Pour le reste le jeu fonctionne bien à date 2 jours. Cheap pour le prix de 250$.
