This cap is for adult head only. Fits well. The term "oversized" does not do it justice. Do not be put off.

With a 23in head, this should fit...The long strap allows the circumference to increase to >25in. However, it only covers the crown with minimal head covering it's not large enough to wear naturally as a cap.
