Shrink well and seem to contain some kind of glue or something that melts while shrink takes place; I’m pretty convinced it seals the lot. Start heating in the middle and work your way out for good results. If there is a negative it’s that you get a ton of some sizes and hardly any of others. I was repairing a wiring loom on a car door so ended up using all the smallest size with only one to spare. I guess it’s subjective as if you didn’t need them who cares?
