I needed something to protect the optics while cleaning the uppers. Keeps the CLP and oil from getting on the lens from splashes or accidental bumps with oily hands. Perfect for storing as well to keep dust away from the lens. This is a good buy to protect your optics while cleaning and storing.

It will fit perfectly, unless you have a Dove adapter plate. In this case, the rear sight is in front of your RMR.
