Good Nite Weighted Blanket Adults 8 kg For Better Sleep Stress Relief

Using to help burnout recovery. I got the 6kg blanket which seems perfect for me (I’m female and very slim - I used the calculation of getting one that’s around 10% of your body weight but did go a bit heavier than suggested which I’m glad of) The constant pressure feels very calming and is just helping me feel more regulated. I chose this one over the fleecy types - the material is like soft cotton which feels really nice. I wish there were more colour options but this is fine for now :) I’ve used this while chilling on the sofa and also to sleep at night. It doesn’t get too warm but does retain your body heat - it’s just kind of neutral in your body I think this will work well all year round. Each ‘pocket’ is filled with tiny glass beads, they do very slightly bunch up a bit in places but this is not a problem at all and to be expected really- just just need to flatten it out if it’s a problem. I think the higher the weight the larger the blanket? So that might be something to take in to consideration too. For me, this size is perfect (I’m 5’5”). I have auDHD and sensory issues but have found this great - the feel, temperature, the weight is all great, no scratchy or crinkly noises for anything either. I’ve been looking at these for ages but wondered if they would really make a difference or if I’d feel a bit claustrophobic under it but I don’t at all. There are lots of much more expensive dive ones available - for me, I don’t really see what I’d need improving - I’m happy with this one. I guess I’ll see if it lives up quality wise long term. I never really write reviews but I really wanted to let others know how good this product is :)

When my nervous system feels overwhelmed, overstimulated, or exhausted, wrapping up in this blanket helps me relax and feel safer and calmer. It's become a go to tool for rest and recovery during burnout. It's also nice to fold it in half for extra support. The only things I'd change are the fabric and the colour choices. The only option was grey and that's a bit boring, a colour can change my mood and feelings. The material isn't as soft as I'd ideally like, and I'd love to see more colours and material available. However, those are minor complaints compared to how comforting and soothing the blanket is to use. If you're autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, or simply someone who finds deep pressure calming, I'd definitely recommend it. For me, it's been a simple but effective way to create a sense of comfort and calm when I need it most. It's big enough that 2 people can fit under it. The quality of this blanket is excellent. I have found it very comforting and it has improved my sleep. As someone whose body temperature runs hot, this blanket is not too stifling. Whilst it feels heavy for the comfort, it feels lightweight at the same time. I have got the 4 kg blanket.

I’ve needed this for years. It’s very well made and I slept much better when I put it on my bed. The dark colour could do with other, lighter options, but I’m really pleased with the weight. It’s big enough to cover my double bed and I love the feel of the glass beads inside. I don’t think it’s machine washable, it would be too heavy to wash by hand. Great value for money.

What can I say? Never tried one of these before and nor do I hardly give reviews but this one definitely deserves one. I’ve not been sleeping recently with stress and anxiety! I’m not saying this blanket is magic for everyone, however for me it’s magic. Only had it one day and had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time, no flinging pillows all over no moving all over the bed and no getting up in the night! So yeah buy one! It’s also big enough to fold over itself if you need that extra bit of weight.

This weighted blanket weighs a ton, it’s weighted down with glass marbles inside which don’t evenly spread out and when it’s on the bed it’s far too heavy. I struggled to pick it up when it was delivered in a box and it’s not machine washable, it’s handwashing only and would take forever to dry. The material is a dark synthetic grey and it has a nice look to it but will not bring me any benefit so I’ve gifted it away as no advantage to keeping it, it’s far to heavy for me.

Absolutely love this weighted blanket, and so does my cat! Lol. At 8kg, it's quite weighty and perfect to help keep me from fidgeting throughout the night, as I'm usually pretty restless. Since using this, I've slept much better and woke up feeling rested. It's a great price and fantastic quality. It's quite large, has small square grooves aligned into it and you can feel the very tiny beads in it. It matches beautifully with my bedding, functions well and can be hand washed, but I've yet to try that. It has kept me warm throughout the night, but on colder nights, I'd probably need to use an extra blanket on top as it isn't very thick. All in all, a super buy and now I'm hooked! My Son now wants one for his Birthday after trying mine.

Ottima coperta, ho preferito prenderne una con peso inferiore rispetto al mio peso perchè odio sentirmi costretta, ma aiuta davvero a prendere un buon sonno. Consigliata soprattutto per chi ha problemi di insonnia, inizialmente sembra una coperta bagnata, dal peso, ma ci si abitua, anche mia nipote, che andava a letto tardissimo, ha trovato una buona soluzione e chi l'ha provata concorda. A mio parere in due ci si sta, ma "strettini".

2 nuits passées avec le produit, arrivant sur les beaux jours il tient chaud, et sera mieux pour l'hiver, mais l'effet est top ! Aussitôt reçu, je l'ai testé pour voir si la légende disait vraie. Et, elle est vraie, effet relaxant quasi immédiat, sensation de sécurité, et l'envie de dormir qui se fait sentir très rapidement. Je garde la couverture sur mes jambes lorsque je travaille sur mon PC, et c'est tout aussi relaxant. Bon, elle fait 6 kg pour moi (équivalent à 10% de votre poids, suivez bien le conseil), elle n'est pas simple à déplacer au contraire d'un plaid, y compris pendant mon sommeil. Avoir un poids, même si bien reparti, sur le corps, ça fait un drôle d'effet quand on veut changer de côté. Elle est livrée dans une poche de transport qui lui est propre, donc pratique pour la ranger au besoin sans qu'elle ramasse la poussière sur une étagère. Je n'ai pas assez de recul pour donner plus d'avis que ça, mais si jamais je remarque un détail ou que j'ai un souci, j'actualiserai mon avis. Je recommande vraiment pour le moment cette couverture.

Works amazing. I still need to buy a cover sheet, but it helps me sleep everytime when my anxiety is high. Although it weights more than 10% of my body weight, I like it a bit heavier.
