This product works, at least it has for me, but you do have to give it some time. I’m about six weeks in now, and around week four is when I really noticed a difference. Since then, my focus has been way better. I feel calm and clear instead of scattered, like I can stay locked in and just get things done. No brain fog, quicker reaction time, and my thoughts don’t feel all over the place anymore. I’m glad I stuck with it, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something that helps with focus and clarity without making you feel wired.

I have gone through 2 bottles and nothing has changed...in fact, I have lost some ground. This does not work, at least for me. I still have trouble recalling names, remembering details.
