Balance?** A: Not sure what you mean by weights.. there is a pin you may have to insert before installing the grips. **Q: Will these fit a Taurus M380 revolver?** A: Comparing the photos of the Model 85 (which I own) and the M380 on the Taurus website, I'd say yes. Grips feel great, don’t bite, and look great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Value and Quality *by J***A on May 9, 2021* After reading others reviews I was a little hesitant to purchase these grips because of poor fit and installation. Well I must tell that my experience was completely outstanding! These grips fit my Taurus 605 like they were custom made. The fit tight with no looseness and once the screw was tightened the seam disappeared. The rosewood finish is rich looking and the checkering is exact. Installation took 10 minutes and the supplied roll pin fit perfectly. I am very satisfied with my purchase. My only recommendation would be for Pachmyer to supply a better quality screw.
