Not sure what you mean by weights.. there is a pin you may have to insert before installing the grips.

Will these fit a Taurus M380 revolver?

Comparing the photos of the Model 85 (which I own) and the M380 on the Taurus website, I'd say yes. The stock rubber grips for both of these models appear to be the same, so I'd guess these Pachmayr grips would fit both.
