Love the double wiper action
I purchased a couple of these for my wife for Christmas. The fit to the mixer is decent. The double wiper design is great for many of your lighter density recipes. It helps keep the sides of the bowl clean resulting in faster incorporation of ingredients. It is great for liquids, butter, margarine, etc. It blends dry ingredients with ease at low speed. This paddle works great!
This works perfectly for my Kitchen-Aid mixer. The old one was the original paddle that came with the mixer. The coating on my old one was flaking off. This paddle scrapes the sides at the bottom of the mixing bowl, but you still need to scrape the top. I'm really please with the paddle and would recommend to others with a Kitchen-Aid mixer.
