Defenders Cat & Dog Scatter Spray – 750ml

We've tried a few deterrents and this one does the job best. Hold your breath while spraying though, it catches the back of your throat if you breathe it in.

The Cheese Cats and Dogs scatter spray initially deterred the Cats and Dogs but after a while the Cats stayed away but the Dogs kept coming. I had to put a fence around the plants and slabs leading up to the fence. I then applied the scatter spray which worked for a short while then the Dogs disappeared. Perhaps it could be because I had put the fence up which stopped them from jumping over unto the grass and soil.

I bought this with the granules for our new patio garden. It's taken 2 weeks of use to stop the 5 local cats from using our garden. 3 of them stopped immediately and it took another week to deter the two most persistent offenders. I used the spray on the fences where they came in and the granules on the ground and where they went toilet. I also found it more effective to use everyday instead of the 48 hours they recommended but I will go down to that to provide a regular deterrent.

Used to buy this product from our local garden centre and it worked wonders. Cats stopped coming in our garden from day one, However I bought this item on amazon as in the sales it made it £3.50 a bottle (great price), however they've either changed the ingredients or amazon aren't selling the same product (even though its in the same packagaing) as I doused my fence and arbour in the stuff and 5 mins later the neighbour cats came hopping over defecating all over my raised beds and borders. Maybe give it a go, it could just be the cats in my area are now immune to the scent, so for £3.50 what's the harm? But I won't be buying again, very disappointed.

The Defenders STV625 Cat & Dog Scatter Spray is a lifesaver! I had a severe issue with cats popping in my garage, but after spraying it a couple of times, the problem is completely gone. While spraying, the smell can be a bit strong and go into your throat, so it’s best to be cautious. Once applied, no issues at all. Highly effective and worth it!

It works. I have used it everyday after seeing some reviews here, and a whole bottle lasted me for 20 days, but I sprayed quite a lot and over a lot of area. No cat problems after using. They don't come near my apartment anymore. 🙂

Contra los GATOS: Si agitas bien el producto y sigues una regularidad de rociado del producto, yo hago un día sí y dos no, especialmente en las zonas de acceso, lugares donde se tumban y lugares donde depositan su excrementos y orines, a partir del tercer rociado, llevo ya cuatro, observas que ya NO les gusta nada volver, ponen cara de no gustarles y se van, no vuelven... hasta ahora... PD.- Rociar en zonas done haya piedra para que permanezca durante más tiempo y con más intensidad el rociado del producto. Admite y se recomienda si el lugar es el apropiado rociar suavemente en hojas verdes de plantas. Con los perros no lo he probado, ni idea si funciona.

The product does deliver by keeping the cats away. But waiting for 48 hours before the second spray did not work so have been spraying daily to keep the felines away from pooping and trashing the backyard.
