In the rain you can either wear a wide brimmed hat, or this. It works great for the garden, and also keeps the sun off. Everyone laughs at it, but I don't care, I'd rather be dry and shaded. Just make sure you line the tines up so the umbrella is centered over you, and you're good to go.

These hats are funny. I bought the tropical one to wear to a Hawaiian themed party and it was a perfect accessory to my outfit. The hat came exactly as described, good quality, and everyone thought it was hilarious. I highly recommend if you are looking for a funny accessory to spice up a party!

I haven't fully tested this hat in the sun or anywhere for that matter. It seems very flimsy and I will probably be reinforcing it myself. Looks awesome though!
