12 hour shifts on my feet left me hardly unable to walk when I got home.I was struggling to feel that I could cope at work. Useful and comfortable, even though I still feel some pain it's not as much or as often.

Pain in the balls of my feet by the toe end. They are not padded but have a very comfortable and solid arch support. I really Didn’t think at an arch support would help but I was very wrong. I had Been limping In agony for 16 days and after 3 days of these in my work boots I no longer limp and the pain has practically healed and gone. Quit clear that my whole foot now take the weight walk around site and I Highly recommend this

I bought these insoles as I’ve plantar fasciitis in both feet and I’m a big guy - 6ft and 20 stone!They fit my shoes really well, provide great arch support and are really comfortable - they lessen the pain I suffer in my feet due to PF too.Two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻
