Great But the pendulum Doesn’t work. How can I fix it ?

As per the other reviews the clock is lovely and working perfectly but why so expensive?. I just can't see why it's so much but as it looks great I will still keep it just be aware of the price

Made from flimsy material, and not worth the money. I have had 2 of these and the pendulum mechanism has stopped working within a month. I do however like the design so have opted to keep the broken clock rather than return as can’t find anything else to fill the wall gap.

The clock is great but the pendulum doesn't swing. The mechanism to swing the pendulum is working but when you attach the pendulum it stops working, indicating the pendulum is too heavy for the mechanism

Bought as a gift, gorgeous fancy clock

the pendulum works but the clock itself doesn't. How do I contact the manufacturers? I'm still within the return window but i dont have the packaging. Very disappointing. Wouldn't recommend in terms of instructions/after care of product.
