It works but the battery life Is very low and it doesn’t have an ac adapter.

as expected, is the same as the neewer but a cheaper price and with battery and a carrying case, and is dimeable also, work great!!!

This exceeded my expectations! Works great, light is bright & deemable! Battery fits perfectly, & it’s easy to put on my Canon T6i. Plus you can’t beat the fact it comes with a battery.

Very powerful light. Fully dimmable from almost no light to full output. Accepts Sony F, FM, FH, Panasonic SD and AA batteries. The cold shoe mount can be inserted in the camera's flash shoe or onto a standard lighting tripod through the 1/4x20 female thread provided (male/male screw adapter required like those sold by Foto & Tech in Amazon). The 3200K diffuser provided, IMO, does not appear to be of much use for video settings because is not the proper temperature for the application.The supplied carrying bag is a nice add on for secure transportation and storage when not in use. Lightweight device. It also has a battery power indicator in the back. Remaining battery power is indicated as a function of the output power setting of the device. It comes with Neewer Lithium battery NP-F550 and a battery charger. If you happen to to have a SONY charger AC-V700 or similar the charger will provide Hrs and Min of battery life when connected to the charger which means that the battery provided is a true InfoLITHIUM battery as those made by SONY. Most likely will engineer some barn doors to add to the device. In summary can't go wrong buying this kit. I may even consider buying a second one.Update August 2018: I've been using this light since I bought it and I'm very satisfied with its performance. Today I tried to buy a second one and to my dismay the price went from $34.99 in April to $52.99 now. That is 50% price increase!!!!. I feel that someone in the chain is milking the cow.... Sad. You've lost a customer

For the money, it is a Great light! It comes with a nice carrying case, it's tripod mountable, and has a rechargeable battery too. I took off one star because the battery is a little fumbley, and doesn't feel like a quality build. But for the price its pretty hard to beat.The light it casts is decent, and the interchangeable diffusers are nice.Also the dial for brightness is a definite must when looking for a light like this. I would have like to see an even lower setting but it is ok for what I do.All in all, I would say this is a great purchase. I am very happy.

Very impressed with the quality of this light; allows for tripod or hot shoe mounting to your camera.The light can be a bit harsh but that's expected of a light this style (otherwise you should buy a softbox if gentler lighting is required); for general purposes of lighting things up it's great. No unflattering shadows or dark spots in your photos and videos.Otherwise this light is great value for it's cost. It's a great cost-effective way for an amateur to have a decent lighting solution.

Le produit est arrivé rapidement, évidemment avec Amazon Prime, j'ai déjà eu l'occasion de tester le produit avant aujourd'hui, il s'avère que la roulette d'intensité de la luminosité c'était brisé. Il faut savoir que je fais très attention a mes articles. En bref le panneau a une certaine duré de vie, même si on y fait attention. Alors à vous de voir si vous voulez dépensé 50$ sans être certain du temps qu'il vous durerait, ou investir dans une compagnie un peu plus résistante mais plus cher. Dans tout les cas, 50$ par plus ou moins une année ce n'est pas si mal. Je recommande pour ceux qui débute dans la vidéographie!

The battery it comes in lasts only about half an hour but takes forever to recharge. Buy an additional larger capacity battery.The white “diffuser” is good for evening out the surface intensity a bit, but it doesn’t actually diffuse—you need a bigger filter for that (like a plastic white sheet). The orange filter is hideous. Don’t use it.Works really well and will shut off once it is out of power (instead of dimming). That’s a great feature because if you’re using it as a fill or accent light you may not notice the loss in power and lose the shot.
