Love it!
I really loved this! I have heat-intolerance as a symptom of my overall temperature-dysregulation, and I live in southern California. Which is hot most seasons of the year (and I can't afford to move). This helped a lot in claiming back my ability to go outside and do all kinds of tasks. My only complaint is the I wish the charging port was on one of the two curved ends of the fan. Because you can use the fan WHILE it charges! So if you have a portable battery charged up, you can extend the battery life on this thing a LOT (I personally use the "INIU Portable Charger, 22.5W 20000mAh USB C in & Out Power Bank" in its "Classic Size", also available on Amazon). But the port placement being where it is makes using the fan while you charge it awkward. That being said, the battery life is really good. I usually only need it on Level 1 or sometimes Level 2 most of the time, with short bursts of Level 3's power (aka: the highest power the fan can go). As a result of this being my general use, I can go for several hours straight with this on. Again, the battery is really good. I'm just paranoid, and ergo also bring my portable battery just in case. Also, I love that the fans can be tilted a bit to be more inward. I needed that.I also really like that the fan can be folded up. I was scared I would break all the other non-foldable neck-fans I saw on the market, should I put the fan in my bag. Having the arms fold in feels like an assurance of legacy. I personally like to fold the fan so the on-button is the innermost arm, so that stuff moving inside my bag cannot accidentally turn the fan on, thereby draining the battery.I've also briefly loaned it to various loved ones when we are out, when they looked like they were having a rough go of soCal heat. And it resulted in my mama buying some as gifts to give other people, and a couple friends buying their own too. And my loved ones who didn't buy one, they didn't have any complaints, they just didn't want a neck-fan at all except for the brief period I loaned them one (I think that means they probably want one, but it's a point of pride THEY don't own one, even if they benefit from borrowing one, which... okay lol It's fine, they were never going to buy one, so no complaints from anyone, only compliments).I also really like that this fan uses a USB-C to charge, just like my cell-phone does. I can use any length of chord that I bought from my phone now also on my fan, that's lovely. But yeah! The speed of the air was really nice, the air felt extremely cool on all settings, it's lasted many hours durably sitting pretty in my messy bags, it looks sleek, and just works great. The battery lasts long, is easy to charge, and it works WHILE charging. It was shipped quickly, arrived well-packaged, and didn't come with any icky factory smell.Due to my health being as sickly as it is, I will always own a variety of walkable fans on my person, amd will constantly be experimenting. So this isn't "the only fan I will ever use", but it is the first neck-fan I have tried so far and I do LOVE it, I can see this being one of my trusted ol' reliables. It's worked so great so far, I just adore it. Highly recommend it.

It's not blowing COLD air.
This worked great at Epcot in Orlando. It REALLY helped keep me comfortable - going to Disney in late June is not for the faint hearted! Do remember that it is NOT cold air coming out of the fan. It is simply blowing air on your neck and chin, but even that breeze helps so much. I did find it slightly heavy and a little "bulky" around my neck, but it was still worth having.

GREAT FAN, BUT NOT FOR HEAVY MOVEMENT
I love this one, the air flow is excellent, but the best part is the part you put on the beck of your neck. This is almost like a cold plate, and keeping the back of the neck cool, cools the whole body. The only "flaw" is only a flaw for people who do a lot of vigorous movements while using this. The flexible sides can break, and just dangle.I broke 3 of these fans, but kept reordering because of how cool they kept me, far superior to any other brand I have tried.I finally gave up, and opted for the more traditional one piece, non flex fans, even though this fan is better. For a person who does normal activities, this fan is great and highly recommended and should last a long time.

Great fan, but not for everyone.
This fan really blows!Dad joke aside, the amount of air this little fan can move is impressive, and the ability to adjust I found very helpful.I would buy this for myself, or someone else with short hair..However, my wife has shoulder length hair that was just long enough to get in the fan blades for a little pinch! It probably wouldn't be an issue with longer hair, and it definitely wasn't an issue for my shorter hair. It's got a lot of power/speed and does it's main job of keeping you cool very well.

Solid and functional design
Solid build and functional. At home, I just leave it on the first fan setting and it is more than enough. I do appreciate the folding design (and the pouch it comes in), which seems to be the only one out there, because it means I can fit it in my small travel bag.Note, the Pause button is really an on/off button for the neck fans, while the Power button toggles from on/low/medium/high/off for the front fans. I really like this because you can save battery by turning off the neck fans when you don't need it.For the price, it's a great buy and should help me a lot in the summer.

Kind of noisy, and large thickness causes hot spots outside UPDATE 04 JAN 25
Was surprised at now how noisy this was in use; enough I'm not using it w/o wearing earbuds w/ music already playing. High-pitched shriek inches from your ears for an hour a day may not be healthy. The folding 'wings' are another spot of contention: if you rotate them inward at the top to aim the vents away from your eyes... at least on my neck it blocked the air inlet enough to cause the motors to struggle -- not great for saving the rather short battery life. There's hot spots on the back corners of the neck where the large size of this neckband has no airflow from the vents, thus *feels* hotter than the rest of your head... not ideal either. This came quite highly-rated, so was expecting a lot sure... but had no idea this would have so many showstopping flaws. Feel 2 stars is fair, as it does provide some measure of cooling, if only some finicky, fidgety conditions are met. Just don't expect to leave this on and forget about it as you mow the lawn.UPDATE 04 JAN 25: received a full refund from the mfr plus a nice msg about their regrets the product didn't meet expectations. I feel I'm more than fair in this regard, plus plenty of other mfrs don't stand nearly as much behind their product and simply shrug... so felt the rating deserved another star.Feel version 2.0 will address the shortcomings in this review, and would be fine trying it out when it does release :)

Works extremely well!
Lasts for a long time and cools very well! The front fans can be angled to or away from you, the back neck fans can be turned off seperately from the front. So front only or front and back. The folding feature is very nice to store!
