Works well
These helped! It took about 5 weeks and then I noticed no more hot flashes. I have told all my family, friends and coworkers about it. Again it took at least 5 weeks and it was night and day difference.

Effective, a must on your supplement list
This product is great and every female should be taking maca. I’ve noticed a lot of improvements since I started about a month ago . Mental clarity, productive energy . Lots of more focus at the gym and less fatigue. Also PMS mood swings have severely decreased this month and I want to contribute this to the supplement along with other life style changes!!! I’d suggest start with 1 pill rather than the serving size of 2. I started with two and noticed some palpitations (I consume coffee and preworkout daily) . it increases libido too, it’s no joke .

Smaller bottle/pills
I've been taking these for a while now and they seem to work as intended but this month I noticed that the pills are smaller and also the bottle. I'll continue to take them and see if I noticed any changes. My pics won't upload.
