Review: I am converted. - Much easier to use than gels or gummies and I love that the wrapping can be discarded without littering the ground. The taste is great too and it does give you that extra unth needed on any run or workout. My only slight concern is that the wrapping can break or if running in the wet can start to break apart quickly meaning if you don't use a whole block and want to keep it, it's hard to store afterwards. You do get 10 for the price though the taste is great (I have the coffee and Guava) me and a few from my running club have now moved across to these and as more people try and taste them I think most of us will transfer from Gels or gummies. The issues I have with Gels is the packaging and how easily it gets sticky sometimes your hands too, you are unable to discard the wrapper and some do give you issues with your stomach. I liked the gummies but it's not that easy to get them out of the packet plus they do get stuck to your teeth and than you have the wrapper also at the end. These are easy to open during a run, no mess and a quick bite is all you need every now and then. I recommend to anyone to at least try them.
Review: Lovely taste - Lovely taste and good energy. Have bought other luchos products and would recommend.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do you keep these fresh after opening?? Mine are rock hard**
A: Hi Jamie
Thank you for contacting us.
We generally advise to keep out of direct light and any source of warmth / heat (i.e. a cool dry place).
So sorry to hear that your product has gone hard. We would be happy to replace that for you so you can gain maximum enjoyment. Just let us know and we will jump on it for you.
Kind Regards
chris & team

**Q: Can these be frozen? I'd only be eating one a week during a long run, so would like to store them for as long as possible.**
A: It doesn’t say on the packaging about freezing. I keep them in an airtight container between runs, as I only use 1 a week, and they seem fine.

**Q: Does the coffee flavour contain caffeine?**
A: The coffee is a non roasted product. As such it only contains traces of caffeine. Its a subtle flavour.

Lovely taste and good energy. Have bought other luchos products and would recommend.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Certainly gave me a boost!
*by P***S on 9 September 2022*

I absolutely love these! A lot of other products/gels don't agree with my stomach on long runs, but these are great, no issues whatsoever. I have used them all the way up to 100k runs and they haven't let me down. Easy to eat whilst on the run and you can easily dispose of the natural packaging. As commented somewhere before, slightly annoying that the package comes wrapped in plastic as that seems to defeat the point of the natural packaging, but hopefully that's something they can change going forward. Overall though, a great product with great flavours. Would highly recommend
