Box Contains 1 x 5.5L Cookpot – 35.5cm (handle to handle)x27.5cm(w)x15.5cm(h) with glass cover Review: Good product. - This is a fantastic pot and of course being glass is non toxic, which is the main reason I bought it. It's the largest glass pot I've seen yet and therefore I purchased another in the sale! It does stick a bit more than metal if you're not careful, but is still relatively easy to clean. It seems sturdy and durable so far and I use it at high temperatures several times a week. It's not cheap but still worth the money I think. It's a lovely looking pot and I now have peace of mind when cooking that I'm not ingesting anything I shouldn't. Review: Great - Very pricy but I guess worth it considering the pros of it. Downside is the handle gets hot while cooking so really need to use a potholder. But great cooking you can see what’s happening inside and gets really hot so no need for too much fire. ## Features - Visions Cookware's see-through design allows for easily monitoring foods while they cook instead of constantly removing a lid to peek inside - Extremely resilient to temperature changes; can be used on stovetop or in the oven, fridge or freezer - Healthier cooking, non-prous glass ceramic won't absorb food odours or flavours - Suitable Gas, Electric, Halogen and Ceramic stovetops - Flair 5.5L Cookpot- 35.5cm(handle to handle)x27.5cm(w)x15.5cm(h) ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B076PZR78X | | Best Sellers Rank | 153,985 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) 57 in Stockpots | | Brand | VISIONS | | Brand Name | VISIONS | | Capacity | 5.5 litres | | Colour | Brown | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 246 Reviews | | Finish Type | glossy | | Finish type | glossy | | Global Trade Identification Number | 08888236103649 | | Is Oven Safe | Yes | | Is the item dishwasher safe? | Yes | | Item Diameter | 27.5 Centimetres | | Item Dimensions | 35.5 x 27.5 x 15.5 centimetres | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 27.5D x 35.5W x 15.5H centimetres | | Item Shape | Round | | Item Type Name | Pyroceram Glass Flair Cookpot with Glass Cover | | Item Weight | 3.28 Kilograms | | Lid Material | Glass | | Manufacturer | World Kitchen | | Material | Ceramic | | Model Number | VSF-55 | | Part Number | VSF-55 | | Product Care Instructions | Freezer Safe, Oven Safe, Refrigerator Safe | | Shape | Round | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | | With Lid | Yes | ## Product Details - **Brand:** VISIONS - **Capacity:** 5.5 litres - **Colour:** Brown - **Finish type:** glossy - **Is oven safe:** Yes - **Item weight:** 3.28 Kilograms - **Material:** Ceramic - **Product care instructions:** Freezer Safe, Oven Safe, Refrigerator Safe - **Shape:** Round - **With lid:** Yes ## Images ![5.5 Litre Pyroceram Flair Cookpot with Glass Cover, Brown - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71RajcXcVQL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can this be used on glass stovetops?** A: Yes, I have glass stove tops, and I recommend when using it the best is on moderate heat, I use mine in 5 or 6, after use let it cool and do not make sudden changes in temperature for example pass it from the heat of one of tops to the one that is cold, I use the cork bottoms when my Pyroceram Flair Cook-pot is still hot. I hope this information is useful for whoever uses this amazing cook-pot, I am very satisfied with the quality. **Q: It says visions but nowhere does it say corning. is this the genuine corning product?** A: Yes, this a Visions made CorningWare genuine product. **Q: Where was this specific pot made?** A: The base of the product is made in France, while the lid is made in China. **Q: What is the max oven temperature for these?** A: I use mine at 5 or 6, sometimes at a maximum of 7, this cook-pot heats up fast, I have not taken the risk of it cracking when putting it at a high temperature, it happened to me once and I lost my money because of the inexperience, this is glass for heat, however do not abuse its ability to resist heat ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product. *by R***E on 1 January 2020* This is a fantastic pot and of course being glass is non toxic, which is the main reason I bought it.
