Review as written by my 5yo.It's cool because it can move it's arms around and click and stretch and not come apart. And it's easier to find when it's lost because it's bigger than megabloks guys (Lego sized). It's head can click and look up which is cool and megabloks guys can't do that. And he's super cool and can hold his hands on his hips. It would be cool if he had weapons and shield though.

Love My 'Bot!
I love playing with this thing! (I call mine Ollie) I just gave 10 of these to friends at a Christmas eve party. The room got silent as everyone opened their box and started playing. (I was the youngest one there at 62 years of age).I suggest the multi-colored model as the other ones seem dull in comparison. It's great for kids and adults alike.

Just a fun thing to manipulate
Honestly, I bought this for myself, not for a grandchild! It's fun to just diddle around with and make different configurations, while watching TV. I think it might be fun for someone who's trying to quit smoking, a diversion of focus, kind of like worry beads, but with more structure! Everyone I've shown it to has a funny fascination with it!Well constructed and comes with directions to get it back into the cube. Not as frustrating as Rubik's Cube, more like an easy puzzle.

Cute!
I bought a few of these Micro Cubebots in different colors and everyone liked them. Cute, fun, and a nice stress reliever for a teen, college student, or adult or quiet plaything for a kid. Good selection on Amazon.

Great Desk Fidgit
I work in HR and get super stressed. Sometimes I get drug into some long boring phone conversations. That's where this guy comes into play. He keeps things interesting and makes my job more tolerable. He's well-constructed and fits nicely on top of my computer. I love how he folds into a cube....people are less likely to think I'm nuts when they see a cube on my desk vs. a ninja bot.

Great gift or desk toy
I got this for myself after seeing it at the MoMA Gift Shop years ago. It's just a very well designed and fun toy that also works as a small decoration. I got the Gurthie model and it's far more complicated to put back together then the regular ones.

These are fun to play with even as an adult
My (8 year old) son is obsessed with these! He had 5, and this became his 6th last Christmas. These are fun to play with, even as an adult. The multi color is a nice touch and makes it even more fun!

Eh, arrived broken
Unimpressive. First, it's quite tiny, about a two and half inch cube. They shipped it in an envelope. For crying out loud, of course it broke into pieces. Save your money. I can't figure out if the product is bad, or the packaging, or both.

A brilliant family puzzle
I purchased this cubebot for our son as a Christmas present and it's been a hit with everyone! It comes made up as a cube in a small, colourful cardboard box that makes it look really appealing. The head of the cubebot has a friendly face that looks up at you when you open the box and really makes you want to have a go with it.The parts have a really well-made feel to them and the elastic holding them together feels good and strong. Switching it from a cube to a bot and back again isn't that tricky and once you've got the knack you'll be doing it in no time. The best thing about this kind of toy (aside from it not needing batteries and being quiet!) is that it's great for idle hands. I would thoroughly recommend this as a great gift for all ages.

Lovely well made fun gift. And no plastic!
I bought this as a birthday gift... and I wanted something that had no plastic. This little robot was perfect- charming design and fun to play with. The 15 year old with everything loved it. It did arrive late but was an extra surprise when he thought celebrations were over.

Waste of Money
I got this as a gift for my nephew and he played for 2 hours now we have no idea where the hell it is. Don't waste your money for this, it's super small, I though it's little bigger at least half a Barbie size but it's smaller than my 5 years old nephews hands. Don't spend your money for this or if you really want buy the copied one, cheaper

Wrong description
It’s cute and seems well made but it’s half the size advertised! The cube is probably 3cm squared not 6.5 as stated in the description. Extremely disappointing and returned
