Does not charge
Doesn't work very well from the get go, but then when I used the battery up and tried to charge it, it doesn't charge at all

Facial Steamer and Eyes spa 2in 1. Mini Portable works great I love it. I bought this for travel to use on my grandson who has a great deal of acne. I can see the different I let the face dry and I apply acne La Roche Posay unscented Effaclar Adapalen Topical Retinoid Oil Free Acne treatment , follow instruction on the box , and I can see the different working with steamer. All the other device I bought did not work well at all, but the steamer has been working because it open up the pores where the acne has been clogged. You have to work on this mini portable around your face, make sure to charge on every use.

Decent
Love that this streamer is small and gets the job done quick. My only complaint is that the attachment is hard to put on and falls off easy.

Good, I expected better
It is a good tool, easy to use, compact. But even after charged, the steam stream is very very weak, you have to place it very close, almost touching the face. That's the only thing I do not like.

Doesn't work
The first day I used it it worked but doesn't put out much steam. The second time I used it it doesn't put out any steam.

Great device.
Love this little face steamer!! It's got a great flow of steam and the charge on it lasts a while. It's terrific for a spot treatment when you feel/see a blemish coming on. I don't always want to get out my regular size face steamer. So glad I bought this one.

Great Concept but Too Weak
The steam isn’t hot enought or strong enough to have a therapeutic effect. It seems like a great concept but this just doesn’t do the job.

Steam not hot enough or strong enough
A great idea, works great, however my skin doesn’t feel like it’s being properly steamed. Steam just doesn’t get hot enough and is too light of a steam.Would be good for a teenager who doesn’t need a lot and if you don’t want to worry about steam burns. No threat of burns with this one.
