Poor quality and after sales service
Seller sent a defective piece, it is not working at all. On top of it Crompton 's service is pathetic. You keep calling them, there is no SLA. Their customer service is extremely poor and seems least bothered about resolving customer issues. The warranty appears to be just for name sake.

Look wise Fan is good. High quality expected from reputed Brand. For first two and half months, it was running fine after that causing too much noise
