As long as you know what you are doing with it, you can't go wrong. It lasts a long time and cools better anything else on the market. Thermal Grizzly themselves are an amazing company with amazing products. I have both this and the Kryonaught thermal paste. Between the two you just can't go wrong. Especially for direct die contact and delidded processors. It will drop you CPU up to 20° C! Which is utterly amazing. This allows me to run a 5 ghz all core OC with a 5.2 Ghz turbo boost on an i7 8700K. Which is really good for that chip.
