Avalla S-360 4-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner 10000 BTU - Dehumidifier 26L, Fan, Cooler & Sleep Mode, for 100m3 Multi Room Coverage, Low Energy, 24hr Timer, Remote & Window Kit

Had this 2 years and it’s great. A blessing on mega hot days as it will drop the air temp down a good amount and also takes all the humidity out. Can be noisey and it is pretty loud so sleeping with it in your bedroom might be problematic if your a lite sleeper and like total silence

The unit arrived quickly and was easy to set up, unfortunately it does not cool even a small room below 24 degrees. We set this up in our living room and tried it out on a day when the outside temperature was 27 degrees, we sealed the window gap for the heat extractor and set it to 15, after 5 or 6 hour the temperature had come down to 24 but then stopped. The room is not in direct sunlight and we even closed the curtain but to no avail. It has made me realise why Avalla has a no returns policy because no one in their right mind would keep one of these units at this price. Would definitely recommend avoiding this particular unit and if it has one of the highest BTUs it would suggest their other products are just as bad. Over a complete waste of money and will certainly never take the chance of buying anything from them again.

Nice, compact unit, but noisier than I expected. Looking at my meter while using it, I do think it's fairly energy efficient. I recommend minimizing the exhaust hose length as it radiates quite a bit of heat, so that'll act against you when trying to cool--really a feature of any mobile AC unit! Dehumidifier mode is OK--certainly not designed for it, but it does work. The location of the water drain is a bit wonky, but overall I'm happy to have the feature when drying clothes during the colder months!

Amazing! I’m so happy. Very powerful, It quickly cooled my double bedroom down. The noise level is not that quiet, but I guess that's to be expected for this type of air conditioner. Little bit heavy, but I could carry it to upstairs by myself. (I’m a woman) My windows are high up so the exhaust hose couldn't reach them, so I put this air conditioner on a small table. I think it would be fine for a normal window. As you can see, depending on the type of window you have, you will need a window sealer for the exhaust hose. Anyway, I'm very happy to be relieved from sleepless nights. Thank you so much!

Ordered during the June 25 uk mini heatwave. External temp of just under 30C , this unit took the edge off, but the best we could manage was 4 degrees cooler than outside. This was in a room of 50m² (half the advertised volume). I even purchased a proper sleeve for the window to get the seal tighter, but that didn't make much difference. I bought for £250 which was supposedly a 50% discount. I feel a little let down. It's noisy, very big and heavy, and doesn't do much. (Sounds a lot like me in fact)

Cooled the room to a certain degree but our windows are high so struggled to get the pipe out the window it seemed good quality and was easy to set up it was ok for the money but we ended up sending it back to the manufacture

Received it very efficiently. It made a terrible noise once started and hoped it would subside but it didnt. Like the fan rubbing against something or like something was loose inside. Cost me £35 to return it. Sent an email to company, but no response as I would have happily replaced it. May be a build quality issue so didn’t want to order another one until I had contact from the company.
