Good source of protien
I have been using it since last 3 months and I have not feel any difference between plant based and whey protein any more rather it helped my gut and digestion too. Taste is 3/5 but over-all quality is 4.5/5 I'll recommend it to everyone who are suffering from digestion issue due to whey protein just give it a try.

Mango Flavor is bad, instead use chocolate Flavor

I have checked authenticity through youtube, seceral lab tests are there, I don't know they are fake or real, hope they are honest results. Addressing a common problem here is foam. If you add a spoon curd in your 300ml water, it will get you rid of foam. Mango flavour is the best choice.
