Defective/ poorly made or packed product.
This is an expensive way to feed birds, but especially when 25% of the product is unusable. Returns not accepted, so I’m just out. Will not buy from Amazon again, I’ll stick to my local bird store. When made and packaged correctly it works to feed birds and not squirrels.Edit: I was surprised to receive a full credit for this item.

Damaged bird feed cylinders.
Two of the cylinders came thru shipping fine and the other two crumbled in the box.We can only use half the product ordered in our feeder. So disappointed.

Falling apart and Moldy
Unbelievable!! These seed cylinders are the worst. Not compressed enough to stay together. Seeds falling out of the plastic packaging. Totally fell apart when trying to put on the feeder and exposed all the Mold inside the cylinder. Amazon policy does not allow returns on pet food products so I will be contacting them for a refund.

Not attracting any birds or woodpeckers ! Now all 4 will be thrown away . And you can’t return them

Horrible product? Look at photos, every package crumbling and much of the cylinders were damaged
Horrible packaging and product quality was awful no wonder they can’t be replaced or returned
