Saved me £170 bill from garage for an oil change
Bought for my 2003 Vauxhall Vivaro 1.9 after needing to do an oil change prior to winter. What a pain to get the old filter out, definitely blaming chain tool, but cleaned area with brake cleaner and removed the old filter and put this in. Perfect fit, and definitely saved me the £170 bill I was quoted. Filled oil, not filter and ran engine, no leaks and a saving of £120 was better than my wife having a nightmare bill. Another 6 months peace of mind over winter. Good fit, good quality as you’d expect from Bosch, and good value. Make sure you replace the crush washer in drain pan as this doesn’t come supplied with one.
