I bought this Phoneme Phone for my son, who is nonspeaking with autism. Even though he isn’t using words yet, it’s been a helpful tool for sound exploration and engagement. He enjoys holding it and listening to the feedback, and it encourages him to play with vocal sounds in a way that feels fun. The design is lightweight, sturdy, and easy for him to manage. It’s not a cure-all, but it’s a supportive and inexpensive tool for at-home speech practice, and I’m glad we added it to our therapy resources.

I bought these for my writing center to go with the hands to mind letter sounds activity. The children love using them and hearing themselves saying the sounds. They also enjoy using them during playtime adventures. Which I love to see. It encourages children who are working on communication to exercise their skills through play.

I bought this for my almost 3 year old who has suspected CAS. I love the concept and I think it will help eventually, but he isn’t ready to hear his own voice errors yet. I plan to try again in another 6 months or so.

This item is very sturdy. It works very well with a toddler, as well, as with an adult. It gives automatic feedback of how the person using it is producing the words or sounds. It gives you the perception that it is amplifying it. I use it for speech therapy. They are a good price, so I bought an extra one to send home with the client. I would definitely purchase again.

Bought for my toddler who likes to practice things before doing - she’s started talking little clearer with certain words pretending it’s a phone. It’s super easy to use and light weight but durable. When people come to visit they think the that the price is good and like the idea of using it in their care homes because of how easy it is to functionality use. Any ages can use it newborn - elderly.

My 2 year old doesn’t seem too interested in this toy yet. I think he’s still trying to figure out how to use it. But i do think it’s really cool.

This is loud and works so great! We have another cheap version and its nothing compared to this! The heaviness and sturdiness is amazing also.
