So, I've ordered this twice and tried a different flavor each time. The first time I ordered the fruit punch flavor and I'll be completely honest, it tastes like smelling salts smell. It's not a pleasant taste, though it might grow on you after awhile. On the plus side it will definitely give you a kick in the ass while working out lol. The other flavor I've had was the Cherry Bomb, and let me just say it's far better than I was anticipating. It's good to the point that I'd almost just drink it as a normal drink.Flavor aside, the only real side effect that I've noticed if you can call it that, is that it's going to make you piss like hulk lol. Besides that, it's an excellent product!

Would be nice if they would update the ingredients to include a 300-600mg Ashwagandha dosage but as it sits now, it seems decent. I think with vitamins you need to be on them for a some-what lengthy time (60 days? idk) to see effects, so I can't talk about anything feeling different as of yet.To people complaining about relieving their bladder in highlighter colors, yes, that's what vitamins do when they're not absorbed.

To start, the taste is horrible, next my urine was green after taking it (NOT NORMAL!)This cant be good for you!Tried to return and said not acceptable - nice little racket they have, sell you trash and you're stuck with it.

I received this nice powder mix yesterday, and trialed it this morning. I had to skip taking my usual doses of vitamin and minerals, as I did not want to overdose them with the taking of this supplement.Reading over the listings of the various vitamins and minerals and supplements and immune support, I am agog at how complex this product truly is. Frodo talks of the One Ring to rule them all - This is the One Vitamin Powder to Power Us All, all in a small convenient tub.I used two of the tiny scoops included in a glass of milk. It did not mix very well at first, requiring quite a bit of stirring, but eventually it was well blended. I drank it with my breakfast meal, which was a mistake. It really needs to be drank immediately after mixing - but the end of my breakfast, the quarter glass of milk/supplement had turned to a sludge. I drank it all, but it was not very nice at that point.The taste is called "cherry bomb". It tastes like a medicinal artificial cherry flavor, not unpleasant, but not something I would choose to order in a drink. I think tomorrow I will make a glass of chocolate milk and add this supplement - perhaps cherry chocolate flavor may be a bit better.And then we come to the elephant in the room, the reason I deducted a star rating from this otherwise excellent vitamin mix. At almost $50 for a 30 day supply, it is a very expensive supplement, Irregardless of how complete and complex it turns out to be. I am afraid that I would not be able to afford to spend that much for this product, if I had to pay full price for it. I appreciate the opportunity to trial and review this product however, and can see how it may appeal to people with more discretionary spending abilities.A great vitamin powder mix, complex and complete in every way. Drink it fast or you will be disappointed. Oh, and have money to burn in order to be able to afford this product.
