This arrived in two large boxes that weighed about 100lb each. Of note, and nothing against the product itself since it has nothing to do with the product, but this was delivered to my apartment’s mailroom instead of to my front door. Seems to be a problem with apartment deliveries and I had to figure out how to get it to my third floor apartment. So FYI, I guess they don’t deliver to your door if you live in an apartment.That being said, the couch is really nice, very comfortable, and very sturdy. It was easy to put together by myself and didn’t require any tools unless you want to switch the side the L is on. Then you only need a screwdriver or drill to remove the brackets from one side and put them on the other side. The hardest part was getting the cushions into the covers, but once it’s done it all looks really nice. The fabric is actually really nice, doesn’t stretch out and hasn’t pilled, but I’ve only had this for about two weeks.It does sit a little lower than other couches I’ve had, but nothing that requires a squat or anything like that. The storage space is also very roomy, a nice bonus. I’d absolutely recommend this.

This is a great looking couch. A good fit for medium and small spaces. The furniture is easy to assemble based on the instructions. The seat foams are quite firm i believe they have some form of spring/foam combination like a spring mattress. I'm sure they'll get broken in with use. The sofa back cushions are not as firm as the seat cushions so We'll see how well they'll do with repeated use.The one downside I'll point to are the the armrest cushions. It is the only reason why I haven't rated this product a five star. The cushions used to fill up the armrest are soft and flimsy almost as if they have been used and abuse before shipping. You can really lean on them when you sit as they won't provide much support to your arm or head if you were to lay on them. I'll most likely buy a couple of sofa pillows to place on head side of the sofa for better support.

A pricier couch wasn’t in our budget, so we opted for this one for our living room. It’s a really good couch. I’m able to nap on it, and me, my boyfriend and our small dog all fit on it comfortably. The arms rests are even like pillows, and my bf has fallen asleep on it every night this week! It’s not too low to the ground like many cheap couches are, and the support is pretty good - kinda firm but still comfy. I have heard a few squeaks but that doesn’t bother me. It did take about 2 days for the cushions to fluff up. It took about 1 hour for two of us to put it together, but we were really tired from moving so I think it could take less time. I also liked the reversible chaise because we hadn’t yet decided which side we wanted it on when we ordered. The only sad part is the dog has decided the chaise is for her only! Speaking for the dog, I think she would also give the couch 5 stars.Overall, if you are looking for a cheap couch that is still comfy and cute, this is a great option. It’s also great for small spaces but not such a small couch that you can’t have multiple people on it comfortably.

This is a nice piece of furniture but the back is too low. I had already put it together so I didn't send it back but I rarely use it for that reason. It is very firm and made of good material and was easy to put together. If you like to slouch or lay on your couch this would be for you. I like to stretch out my legs and read or watch TV. This is not comfortable for that.

The couch came in a decent sized box, but small enough to get inside my apartment. It took me about 1.5 hours to assemble by myself. I allowed the cushions to expand while putting the base together and that made it a bit more difficult to put into the covers, but I think it was worth it. The face that the covers come off and are washable are perfect for kids or animals. The quality of the fabric is very nice and it feels sturdy. The cushions are a tad stiff but it's still comfy enough to cuddle up and watch movies on. I'm fairly short and my apartment is small so the size is perfect, be sure to look at dimensions when ordering. It's been approved by my animals so it's a win!

Not the couch for a 6 ft. person. Nice fabric but not the sofa for a tall person. Arms are not comfortable. Don't purchase because there is no return. Seller is not amenable to working with you.

I LOVE THIS sofa. Sofa arrived much earlier than expected. The fabric is heavy and soft- meant to last. Unlike most cushion covers, the zippers go most of the way around the cushions- making it much easier to put the covers on. I literally placed the cushions in a separate room for 3 days to allow them to expand to full size without the temptation of sitting on them. It was worth the wait. It’s a very comfortable sofa. Firm but not hard.Assembly was ridiculously simple . 30 minutes tops. When putting it together I was worried about the quality of the frame as it’s basically hallow. Time will tell. I was worried about it being too short, but the when I sat on it, I realized that my feet don’t touch floor. However, I am only 5’ tall; taller people may want extra height. Lol. Overall, I’m pretty pleased with the purchase.

Great for a small apartment or for a home with 1-2 people. I was able to put this together by myself in about 1.5 hours. The cushions expand quickly so it was hard to get them into the covers but other than that, it was easy to assemble. The only dislike I have is that the back of the couch is a little short, I wish it was a bit taller, so my whole back could rest on it. It is also a little tough due to the cushions being a bit larger than the covers and having to squeeze them in, but it has gotten comfier the longer I have it. Overall a decent couch if you’re looking for something cheaper.
