Perfect for release tight peck muscles while supporting middle back
I use this all the time with many of my clients to help open the chest muscles while supporting the middle back. It's light weight making it easy to grab and move in my studio. The size tends to work well with most my female clients as it's not too big versus other spine correctors/barrels. Durable too. I've had mine for over 5 years.
