The media could not be loaded.  I ordered this product as I know how biotin can help with hair loss, which was an issue for me recently. These drops provide 12mg of biotin per serving and one bottle contains 120 servings, which makes this product absolutely amazing value for money.I like the taste of this product and the fact, that it absorbs quicker than tablets makes it a great choice. I never tried vitamin drops before but I will continue using those and now I want to try different vitamins in this form too. Really easy and convenient!

The media could not be loaded.  I have to say it tasted pleasant, it is best kept in the fridge or below 20oC, I put it on the fridge door. measuring was easy and putting it under the tongue also not that hard, measure upto .50 which is 0.5ml then direct it towards the bottom teeth and slide it under the tongue, squeeze out and done. I guess I took a star off becaause although vegan, it's still has synthetic ingredients, and it might help hair, skin and nails, but it's not the ideal way to do it.The best way in my opinion is to eat healthy foods that are high in biotin, like avocados, eggs, sweet potatoes, salmon, almond, there are just many foods if you startpage.com the list. This supplement though is good value for it's size, probably because it doesn't come from food, so is not expensive to make. It is still a nice compliment for me because I have low biotin levels as I intermittent fast, and I need vitamins and minerals while fasting, even if they come from synthetic form, they do help but just a little.I'll update this review should anything happen in 120 days of the whole bottle, but biotin I've used before in pill form, and took me 12 months of using it in pill form at 4,000% of RDA, to notice difference in my hair skin and nails. Only time will tell if this product actually works.

I ordered these as a friend had suggested I try them. I’m a big fan of supplements as it’s become obvious that our food is being stripped of the necessary vitamins and minerals we need each day. These biotin drops are easy to take, taste pretty good and now I’ve been taking them for a while I can honestly say I feel pretty good on the inside too. The price is reasonable considering the benefits that these drops can give you. All in all I highly recommend this product to anyone who feels like there is something missing within them.

I am sure for some people they could tolerate thus but for me I couldn't unfortunately. I couldn't tolerate the taste of it and it made me feel sick. This though would probably be due to bariatric surgery and my taste buds not necessarily because it didnt taste nice. For these reasons I cannot really say if it works or not.

Firstly I would like to say I take a variety of vitamins and supplements as they have definitely helped me with my overall health and wellbeing especially my immune system.This supplement is simple to take and tastes nice... Keep it stored in the fridge.I have tried a few other supplements from this company so have been fantastic...I think it's worth taking especially with autumn around the corner...Also best to take at night so your body can absorb it while you sleep..With a try to see if you see benefits to your hair and nails...
