This fat burner comes in capsule form. They are quite big but easy to swallow especially if you wash them down with water by bending your head forward (chin to chest) while swallowing, you will see how you don't even notice! I swallow three capsules together and I don't even feel them go down. No after taste noticed also.I have been taking them for five days, and obviously can't comment much on the weight loss, it would be amazing if they had already made me lose weight, I have to say I am taking them in conjunction with a food diet.What I can definitely say is that, as described, they suppressed my hunger. For example today, so far, I just ate breakfast (a slice of bread with chocolate spread) and half a cup of milk, and then a salad for lunch. I'm not hungry. By now I would have already had some nuts and made a couple of snacks.As an energy booster, I haven't noticed much difference to tell the truth. I've been quite tired for a few days also due to working hours and they haven't given me much benefit.Good price. If you take two capsules as recommended they will last 4 months. I hope they help me lose weight!

Just waist of money!!!

The media could not be loaded. The dosage is 2 per day with a full glass of water, I personally took it on an empty stomach, the caffeine content seems to be just 24mg per daily dose of 2 capsules, that's rather low, even coffee gives me more caffeine, well after using it, I didn't feel more energetic, but I think combined with exercise it helps much better to burn fat, than not using it. I just wish it had more guarana seed caffeine in it, for more sustained energy throughout the day.I took 2 stars off because the ingredients are underdosed B6 especially, just 100% of RDA even a vitamin-D 100% RDA is too weak. L-carnatine, L-theanine are both weak too, and the green tea extract, green coffee, and guarana are all low too, but I still give this one a decent 3 stars for having quantity in 2 bottles 240 capsules, being vegan, and probably out of all the diet/fat burner pills, is probably healthier than others that are anhydrous caffeine based.Chromium supposed to help with blood sugars and prevent you from binge eating, it might be working but not much, it can't fight my depression for long, before I start overeating again. Just not bad but not great. Nothing like the original fat burner XL, and Slimvits of the 2015's. Whatever that was banned in them, seem to work the best back in the day.My hunt for the best diet/fat burning pills in the world is still on going. Especially the ones that provide energy on an empty stomach, so I can use my bodies stores for energy during exercise.

It's easy to swallow, but not to the point, it's waste of time if easy to take but of no use.I have been taking Best Fat Burner for 7 weeks and it really has been helping me. Not a magic like some of you, for me the improvement has been gradual:1. stop gaining weight2. stabilised3. losing bit by bit, slowly but constantlyNow I feel more energised, sleeps less during day time, and have hope now.
