Fits perfectly on OEM PF63, but does not work with many aftermarket equivalent filters.
This cast filter wrench fits perfectly on the original equipment PF63 filters. It also fits well on the SuperTech equivalent MP10575.I did a fit check for the 918 filter socket wrench and it does not fit on any of the other aftermarket PF63 equivalent filters I had in my basement. Iām not sure if it is because they have thicker cans, or different geometry on the end, but you cannot use the socket with many of the filters that can be used to replace the PF63.On the plus side this indicates to me that this will work very well removing overly tightly installed PF63 filters.FitsIt does fit on OEM AC Delco PF63It does fit on the SuperTech MP10575Does NOT fitIt does NOT fit on the Purolator BOSS PBL22500It does NOT fit on the fram synthetic endurance FE10575It does NOT fit on the fram ultra synthetic XG10575. Perfect Fit and Stronger than it looks
I was looking for this type of unit, but I always ended up finding cheap, flimsy, and 1- and 2-star reviews. 99% of the time the reviews were absolutely correct, so I just kept looking. When this one came up it had great reviews, but in the picture, I made the assumption that it would be a cheap cast. I ordered it in desperation, and to my surprise, it is one tough unit. It's a perfect fit, takes a ton of abuse (by me). The design is great, and cleanup is easy. I got this for my C6 Corvettes (2005 - 2013 models).

Fit the oil filter in my C8 Corvette perfectly and is verry rugged

Fits AC PF64
Need to purchase yet another oil filter tool to fit the AC PF64 on my corvette. Difficult spot to get a grip on the filter with strap type wrenches once tightened in place. Have yet to use but have confirmed proper fit for this filter.

Just slightly off in size.
This will work to get your PF63 off.BUT... it's just enough off in size that the tool gets stuck around the filter making it difficult to separate from the filter without making a mess.
