very good, easy to use and maintain

You cannot buy the liquid for love nor money. Nowhere has any on line including shark who just say check again in a few weeks whilst making it quite clear that no other kind of cleaning solution should be used as it will void the warranty. This makes it a very expensive waste of money. The machine itself is manoeuvrable although can’t use in the bathroom as not enough space between sanitary ware to fit the machine. Neither does it clean up to the edges of a room so still have to get on hands and knees to clean all around the edges of the kitchen. May be ok for picking up spillages if done immediately but certainly doesn’t shift dried missed splattered food from my kitchen tiles. Advertised as wet and dry but you have to use liquid (which you can’t buy anywhere,) so it’s wet only, can’t use on vacuum alone. Would not recommend.

Das Gerät war sehr schön ,doch leider nicht zu gebrauchen. War keine Deutsche Gebrauchsanleitung dabei und der Strom anschlußstecker paßte nicht . Tut mir leid aber nicht alle Deutsche Leute können eine andere Sprache. Das Gerät zurückschicken kostete mich 8o ,oo Euro.

What it is- easy to use, easy to fill, easy to disassemble to empty and clean, easy to push around, easy to charge, easy to self clean. Battery life is pretty good- I can usually get my entire main floor as long as I don’t go to long between uses and have to make extra passes for dirtier floors. What it isn’t- great at getting firmly stuck on dirt if the floor- the brush doesn’t work like w scratcher or scraper, so anything particularly stuck on with still require elbow grease to scrape it off the floor. General dirt comes up with just one or two passes, but caked on dirt not so much. If you are way behind on mopping, you will probably want to do a thorough mopping, and then use this to maintain that clean. I hit my floors once a week, maybe twice if I’m lucky. I have a stick vac to get big crumbs here and there in between, and this is the most consistently clean my floors have ever been. It’s easy to use, to assemble and disassemble. It’s not heavy. It’s not excessively loud, but I wouldn’t call it quiet. I kept seeing tiktoks for tineco vac mops, and then I saw this, and I am so glad I went with this one.

I waited a few weeks to write this review. I was skeptical it would be any better than a mop and bucket. I was totally wrong! No more black feet walking around the house. Mostly laminate flooring in the house and this thing is amazing. The roller picks almost everything up and just enough moisture to thoroughly clean the floor. Doesn't edge as well as I would like but still love it. So worth the money, should have bought one sooner. It has cut my cleaning time in half. My 1 yr old Grandson was the true test. Crawled all over the floor and no black hands or knees. How did I live so long without this vacuum??? Only small complaints are the roller cover pops off easily and battery only lasts about 25 mins. I am only using water in it, per recommendation of laminate installers, and it works fantastic. Bye bye Swiffer wet jet, you don't even come close to this good!

Compre mi shark en noviembre de 2023 y aún sigue funcionando a la perfección, solo que no llega abajo de muebles por su forma no tan delgada, también falla en esquinas, pero es excelente en limpiar y aspirar, incluso pelos de perros y gatos. Recomiendo mucho este producto
