Can you just use tap water in this?

We recommend using distilled or purified water as it contains minimal minerals that could potentially block the nozzles. If there is abnormal steam production, which may be caused by calcification, you can clean it by using a solution of vinegar and water or citric acid as instructed in the "Anti Calc" section of the manual.

does this work with trousers, jeans or any clothes with thick material?

This clothes steamer is suitable for all fabrics because it has 2 steam settings that can be adjusted. During use, you can choose the steam suitable for the fabric of the clothes to remove creases.

Can i use this steamer in the usa and uk? is it dual voltage

Hello, This clothes steamer isn't dual voltage. it's 220-240V only.
