The UK isn’t the easiest place to get your daily Vitamin D3 naturally, and not getting enough can have all kinds of detrimental effects on mood, energy, and general wellbeing. For many of us, taking a Vitamin D3 supplement is pretty much essential and this one is close to perfect. I’ve used various NutraVita products over the years and always found them excellent, so I picked these for their high dose of D3 with the added Vitamin K2, which is often recommended alongside D3 for better absorption and calcium balance. These tablets come from a well-known, UK-based brand, offer a full six-month supply at a great price, and combine both vitamins into a single small, easy-to-swallow tablet. Vitamin D (especially with K2!) is super important for everyone, unless you're sunbathing in tropical climes for a decent amount of time each day! This pack of Vit D with K2 is great value for the amount of tablets and 4000 iu's is a very good amount. The tablets are small and very easy to swallow, with no taste or aftertaste. The refill pack idea is also creat as you can either leave them in the pack and save space, or put in an existing bottle to be able to reuse it. I'll be purchasing these again.

Always buy them, easy to store, small easy pill to swallow. Good high strength

There’s a lot of advice out there now for us sun-starved Brits to take Vitimin D, particularly in the winter months, so I thought I’d give these a go as a first try taking Vitimin D. I did some research on the NHS website, which is always a very trusted source. Their advice in a nutshell was to get Vitimin D with added K2 & D3, so this one came up. Most are just Vitimin D. It also recommended the daily dose, and these in particular were a good high dose at 4000iu. If you don’t get ones that are a recommended dose, they either end up not being of benefit or you end up with a cheaper purchase and then need say 3 tablets a day, which doesn’t make them cost effective. These were better value than ones on the high street at the point when I purchased them for £6.99. The NHS also strongly recommended buying them from a tested and regulated British Manufacturer as the UK is so rigorous in their testing and regulations of supplements. These ticked all the boxes. They were UK Manufactured by the well-known and trusted Nutravita, with the “certified in UK’ stamped on it, they were a high NHS recommended dosage, only one tablet a day needed and in this pack you get 180 (which is half a year’s worth). They are also very small (way smaller than a paracetamol or aspirin and come in a easy re-sealable bag…..which to be fair is twice the size it needs to be. Also handy is that they can be delivered through the letterbox. They advise taking these with food. They’re very easy to shallow. I’ve been taking them for about 4 weeks now. Not sure if you notice any benefits in taking these……may this is yet to be seen in time. I’ll keep going with them over the winter months. Even if I don’t feel the benefit physically, the NHS do recommend them as a supplement for all, so I do like to do everything I can to improve my health and wellbeing. Hopefully long-term I’ll benefit 😊

No problems at all

I haven't really seen much of a benefit of using these. I have taken one a day for over three months and no real signs of any changes.
