AC adapter worked fine.
I have a very old Acer V Series Laptop which after many years the charger stopped working without my noticing and the battery level went down to 5%. Used the last of the battery to check Amazon and found DTK product under Amazon choice so knew it was good. Price was competitive and there was a fully comprehensive guide on-line to make sure I chose the correct one.

Broke after six months
Stopped working after six months. Even when it worked, it got incredibly hot when charging.
