We LOVE Catan at our house. We play regularly and anytime we have friends over who are new to gaming we usually will put it on the table. However, anyone who has played Catan before can tell you, occasionally it turns into a grind towards the end of the game. This is especially true if your placement wasn't the greatest or your numbers just aren't coming up. These cards help with that. By giving more options to gain victory points, it helps players have other paths to victory when the dice aren't cooperating. They are well printed on thick cardstock just like the largest army and longest road cards in the base game. They will handle game night with ease and it's always fun to have one more card in front of you that says you have the most of something. So worth it for anyone who loves Catan.

I have to say these cards are quite good quality. I feel like they will hold up well to rowdier gaming groups, but they are, of course, cardboard so are not indestructible. They are clearly printed, easy to read, and I am glad to have picked them up. Any fan of Catan should grab these and also check out other products from this manufacturer.
