I have an auto immune disorder so it's difficult for me to know for sure if a vitamin is working. I have noticed minor improvements in my overall health. I feel good, my nails are stronger, and my hair is growing faster. The pills are easy to swallow. So far, I think these vitamins are better than others that I have tried.
